German Ivory Figural Set

Mid 20th Century. Carved as European medieval figures, one side dark, the other white. The king holding an orb and scepter, the queen holding a flower, bishops as standing knights, knights on horseback, rooks as towers and pawns as kneeling warriors holding shields. Height of king 3 1/8".
